Pretty good road connecting LT and LV, goes around lakes, through forests and agricultural planes. LT side surfase is great, LV - pretty good but with few short exceptions. Make sure to visit "Sartai" lake observation tower - excellent scenic view, one of the highest towers in Lithuania with an epic but narrow brand new road to it.
