Bear in mind this is mostly a single track road, all Gravel for about 180km. It starts off with Mountainous twisty and windy roads, lots of stones and rocks and if has been raining mud patches and flowing river crossings. It goes through a nature reserve, so watch out for Kudu and other large animals running into the road! After about halfway, the twistyness stops and it flattens out and opens up to a two car width with longer straighter sections. Even though it is only 180km it will take you most of the day to make it through, mainly because of the views, stops and awesome mountain and wildlife scenery. Only attempt it with an Adventure bike. It is an absolutely awesome ride. We also recommend you do it in this direction, otherwise you reach the interesting and harder parts once you are already tired.
